The essence of the frequent rider program is to reward customers for loyalty. It's a customer loyalty package.  By paying a monthly or annual subscription, you will then get 20% off your taxi fares.

A minimum spend on taxi journeys of £100 per month would be required to make this a worthwhile opportunity for the rider. For example, if, over the span of a month, a rider spends in total £100 on taxi journeys, then the 20% off would be the equivalent of the £20 spent on signing up and, therefore, any taxi journey after the £100 threshold that takes place, then the rider would then be making savings on each taxi journeys thereafter for that month.

Once the frequent rider product has been purchased, simply just show your email confirmation at the end of your journey to receieve the 20% off your taxi fare.

This frequent rider program is per person and the person must travel in the vehicle. An ID is likely to be required to show that the rider is matched with the name registered. It is possible to purchase more than one frequent rider program for others to enjoy.

A 30-day money-back guarantee is in place if no journeys have been taken by the rider through the frequent rider program.

I tend to be an early bird rather than a night owl and am based in Cramlington so if different time schedules are required or journeys are needed that don't include this area, it would be best to discuss details of frequent rides before signing up.
